Naked Beef Wontons

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 egg1 tsp ground ginger3 garlic cloves, minced1/4 c scallions, sliced thinly1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp1/2 tsp black ground pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients evenly. Form into mini oblong patties and place foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned and cooked through. Sacrificing one to check for doneness is acceptable! :)

Serve with favorite soy sauce, wasabi, or other Asian sauce and veggies!
