Chocolate peanut butter crispie treats

4 Cups miniature marshmallows4 Cups crispy rice cereal4 Tablespoons peanut butter (chunky OR creamy)1/3 Cups chocolate chips
First, get an 8 x 11.5 baking pan and coat with cooking spray.
Melt the peanut butter at a low heat. Continuously stir as the peanut butter will stick slighlty to the pan. (Spraying with cooking spray may help this.)When completely melted add the marshmallows and continuously stir until the marshmallow mixture is completely melted and smooth. Immediately remove from heat and add the crispy rice cereal and chocolate. Stir until all of the cereal is coated. The chocolate will melt at this point. Put the mixture in the sprayed pan and (if desired) even out the crispy treats by placing a sheet of wax paper down on top and then *smoothing* it out with your hands.
