Dreamy Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
• 1 ripe avocado, cubed • 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt • 1 clove garlic • 1 Tbsp. minced red onion • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth. Chill, and then toss with chosen salad ingredients just before serving. Makes 4 servings.
