low sodium pong pong pork chops

Ingredients
Boneless Pork Loin, Pork Chop, 6 serving Onions, raw, 1 medium,sliced thinGarlic, 2 cloves, mincedKikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 2.0 tbsp*French's Spicy Brown Mustard 1 tsp*Splenda, 2 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp *Smart Balance Omega Creamy Natural Peanut Butter, 4 tbsp Water, tap, 0.5 cup Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
cube and brown pork or chicken with the slices onions. Mix rest of the ingredients. once chicken and onion are cooked.. add in the mixed sauce... simmer to heat through..

1 cup= 1serving

I like to serve over quinoa.

** When using my recipe i will sub out the boneless skinless chicken breast for the trimmed porkloin. I primarily use the porkloin. Just note that i use 3lbs of either for the recipe. :) Enjoy!
