Simple vegetarian gravy

Ingredients
1 tb flour1 tb butter1 cup broth
Directions
Make a roux with the butter and flour, cook 1 minute until light brown color appears. Add broth and whisk vigorously until smooth. Simmer gravy until reduced to desired consistency. Makes 3 servings of 1/3 cup each.
