roasted chick peas

Ingredients
western family chick peas, 4 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Paprika, 2 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
drain two cans of chick peas. raised and put on paper towel to dry.( to make it easier put cloth towel under paper towels)
in bowl add the olive oil and seasoning. add dried peas to bowl. mix well
bake at 350 to 400 c. for 45 min to hour.
serving 1/4 cup
