Double cheese stuffed turkey burgers

* *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19 oz (remove) * *Worcester Sauce, 2 tsp (remove) * *cheese, kraft reduced fat shredded mild cheddar, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Reduced fat Blue Cheese Crumbles, 0.187 cup (remove) * Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped (remove) * Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp (remove) * Salt, 1 dash (remove)
Preheat broiler, line a cookie sheet with foil and spray
Make 8 individual patties
Drizzle with worcester sauce and salt
Mix cheeses, shallot & parsley together in a small bowl
Make an indent in the bottom patty, place cheese mix in, top with another patty and seal tightly
Place pan in broiler for 4-5 minutes a side until browned
Serving Size: Makes 4 stuffed burgers
