Chicken and Bean Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup kidney beans1/3 cup cooked brown rice60g cooked shredded white meat chicken1 chopped tomatoJalapeno peppers, to taste1 clove minced garlic1 tsp oreganoPepper, to tasteRomaine lettuceCucumberMushrooms1 cup broccoli florets1 tsp flaxseed oilLime juice, to taste
Directions
In a medium bowl, gently fold together beans, cooked rice, chicken, and tomato. Add jalapeno peppers, garlic, oregano and pepper.
Prepare green salad with lettuce, cucumber, mushrooms, and broccoli. Drizzle a combination of flaxseed oil and lime juice.
