Ingredients
16 servings * *Flour, white, 2 cup * Brown Sugar, .2/3 cup * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Baking Soda, 1/2 teaspoon * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Nutmeg, ground, .1/2 tsp * Carrots, raw, 11/2 cup chopped * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Milk, nonfat, 2/3 cup * *Canola Oil, 1/3 cup
Directions

Mix all together and pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Can drizzle cream cheese frosting over but this is not included in the calorie count.
