Buttermilk Scrambled Egg Cheese Melt

Eggs, 2 largeButtermilk 1/8 cup (optional)Butter 1 TbspCheddar Cheese 1oz (or swiss, or mozzarella, or your favorite)
Scramble eggs with buttermilk vigorously until slightly fluffed/and bubbly to lighten the mixture. Add cheddar or your favorite cheese cut into small (1/8-1/4) inch cubes. Pour into hot skillet in which butter has melted and is just bubbling and boiling, then turn pf heat after pouring in the egg mixture and cover. Open to stir around 3-4 times over 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture is just firm.
