Pork Dumplings

Ground Pork, 16 oz Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Ginger Root, 3 tsp Cabbage, napa, 227 grams Dumpling wrappers , 16 oz
combine pork, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger root. Mix well. Then add the cabbage and mix well
Fill one dumpling wrapper with a scant tablespoon of pork mixture. Moisten edge of the wrapper with a little water, fold over and seal. Pleat edges leaving the dumpling standing up
Serving Size: makes about 100 dumplings
