Cranberry Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats2 3/4 cup water1/8 tsp. salt1 cup whole cranberries1 med apple, peeled, cored, chopped1 tsp. dried orange peel1 tsp. cinnamon4 tsp. splenda
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until oats are soft and thickened and fruit is soft. Add Splenda to taste.
