Mexican Style Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 cup salsa1 10 oz can Rotel with Peppers1 6 oz can tomato paste1/2 cup onion1/2 cup red bell pepper1 cup white rice, cooked1 pound ground turkey1 tsp minced garlic (or 2 cloves)1 1/2 cups low fat and low sodium chicken broth (Cottage)1 tbl balsamic vinegar1 tbl worcestershire sauce1 tbl paprika1/2 tsp kosher salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp white pepper
Directions
Brown turkey in a large saucepan, add all other ingredients and simmer on low heat for one hour.
