Raisin and Banana Oatmeal Cookies

1 tsp Olive Oil (for pan) 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. baking poweder1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1/4 tsp. ground allspice1 cup quick-cooking oats (not instant)1/3 cup raisins1 large egg white1 Tbsp. light butter1/2 cup Carnel Sugar Substitute2 Medium banana1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven on 250 celcius, mix dry ingredients in bowl and wet ingredients with banana in the blender. Pour the wet mix with the dry and mix very well with a spoon until consistant (it should be a little dry, so dont worry). drop spoon-size portions of the mix on a cookie pan already oiled with olive oil. Press the top of the cookies with a wet spoon to make them flatter. cook on lower third of ur oven for 10 minutes, then on the top for five or until light brown.
