Broccoli soup in cream of potato

Broccoli, fresh, 450 grams Milk, nonfat, 2.5 cup *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Garlic ,5 cloves gratedOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 1 1tsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 0.5 tbsp Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet
1.Boil Broccoli and potatoes in microwave .I feel its much faster :)
2.In a pan ,heat oil and add garlic and onions and cook till they are translucent and pink.
3.Add the cooked broccoli and potatoes and mix it well.Add milk and using a hand blender ,puree it.
4.Once pureed,add the balsamic vinegar and the mustard .give it a boil .Boil it for 2-3 minutes.
5.Serve it hot.Garnish it with low fat shredded cheese and your favourite crackers.
Serving Size: Makes 6 ( 1 cup serving )
