Ingredients
1/4 cup Oat Bran, 1/2 cup Water (8 fl oz) 1/2 Small Banana, (6" to 6-7/8" long)MICROWAVE on HIGH 2 MinutesADD 1 Tbs Cold Milled Flax Seed (optional, tracked included for good nutririon)1/4 cup Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, Stir and enjoy.OR-Yogurt if preferred. Calculated for cottage cheese only.
Directions
Use DEEP microwave safe container
Add Oat Bran, Water and 1/2 small banana sliced.
MICROWAVE 2 minutes on high. Watch in case of boil over. Microwaves vary.
Serving Size: single serving.
Organic Oat Bran is gluten free if milled in a non wheat facility. You must check for that.
