6 large eggs, beaten Pepper, onion & garlic powder to taste1cup 2% milk8 oz canned spinach, drained1/2 cups shredded cheese 1 (4.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained1 (9-inch) pan (pie crust optional)
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the eggs, milk, pepper, onion & garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Layer the filling items in the bottom of the pie crust, and then pour the egg mixture on top. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set. Cut into 8 wedges and serve.
