easy meatballs, editted using Kirkland organic ground beef

Ingredients
4 eggsKirkland organic ground beef1/2 cup organic old fashioned rolled oats1 clove garlicorganic pizza seasoningbio salt a balanced salt alternative (to taste)black pepper (to taste)turmeric 1/2 tspparsley, dried or fresh 1 Tbsp
Directions
put eggs into blender and blend; add chopped garlic (I also add other left over veggies)... blender does a good job of hiding them.Add sea salt pepper and turmeric and blend well. scrape all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with lean ground beef. When very well mixed, shape into meatballs. Place on 2 microwavable plates in a circle. Microvave each plate about a minute on high. Turn meatballs. Microwave another minute on high. Turn meatballs. Microwave another minute on high if they don't look done. Add to desired sauce and spaghetti. Heat on the stove in the sauce for about 20 minutes on low heat to blend flavors. Makes about 21- 24 medium sized meatballs.
