Hearty Chicken Stew

Ingredients
1 box Knorr Simply Vegetable Broth (900ml)1 can Aylmer Diced Tomatoes (796ml)525 gms (3 cups diced) cooked chicken breast3 cups diced carrots1.5 cups diced turnip2 cups diced celery2 cups diced zucchini1 cup (1 leek) chopped leek3 cups baby white potatoes (halved)
Directions
Prepare all the vegeatables and dice the chicken.
Place all the ingredients in a large Crock-Pot.
Heat in microwave on High for 30 minutes.
Cook in slow coker for an additional 4 hours.on High.
(Or can be cooked on low for 6-8 hours).
Serve with fresh bread and a side salad (nutrition for these not counted in recipe)
