Chicken and Green Chile Enchiladas

Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed*Green Chile Sauce*monterry jack cheeseCorn Tortillas, 32 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)Low fat cream cheese*fresh hatch green chileOnions
1.boil chicken until completely cooked and shred/cut into small pieces
2. in large saucepan, bring together the chicken, cream cheese, and half of green chile sauce, onions
3. once blended, and cheese has melted, take mixture and spoon into one tortilla at a time. roll them up and place them in a deep baking pan
4. once all rolled up, pour additional green chile sauce over covering everything
5. sprinkle mont cheese to cover
6. bake in over for 20 min on 325
***special note: any additional green chile mix can be used later to make personal quesadillas***
