Shrimp Alfedo with red bell peppers

Ingredients
Large raw shrimp, peeled and deveinedred bell pepperonionsalt, pepper to tasteextra virgin olive oillinguine pastaClassico roasted garlic alfredo sauceparmesan cheese to top
Directions
Heat 3 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil in a wok or deep pan. Add diced bell pepper and onions. Brown. Add shrimp and salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile cook pasta according to package instructions and heat sauce.

Mix cooked pasta and shrimp. Top with sauce and parmesan cheese (optional).
