Ingredients
2 lbs ground chicken2 c. chopped carrots2 c. chopped celery2 c. chopped onion28 oz canned tomatoes8 c. chicken brothgarlicbasil1 c. brown ricefresh spinachsalt, garlic salt, pepper to taste
Directions
Cook meat. Add to all other ingredients except spinach and rice. Once veggies are tender, add spinach and rice.
