Fried Spaghetti and Shrimp

Ingredients
2 cans of stewed tomotoes 14.5oz3-4 large diced Jalapeno pepper with seeds1/4 c of canola oil1/2 c of sugar9 oz of uncooked spaghetti16 oz of cooked frozen shrimp (optional)options-16oz cooked breast chicken 16 oz cooked ground turkey or meatballs
Directions
put oil in a large skillet and add the diced jalapeno cook for 3-5 min. Add stewed tomotes, sugar cook for 5-7 mins. Add cook spaghetti that was cook for 7 mins. Simmer for two mins or if adding shrimp, chicken, or other meat add now. Simmer for two to three mins. Let rest for few minutes and serve...green salad on the side or green veggie. Enjoy
