Healthy Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
Canola Oil 3 tbspBeef, tip round, 1lb, finely choppedred Onions, raw, 2 large chopped into large piecesCelery, raw, 4 stalk, large, choppedGreen Onion, about 1 bunch, choppedRed Bell Pepper, large, choppedYellow Bell Pepper, large, choppedGreen Bell Peppers, large, choppedOrange Bell Pepper, large, choppedCauliflower, raw, 1 head, large, choppedMushrooms, fresh, 3-4 cup, whole, cut in halfstirfry seasoning mix, 3 packages
Directions
heat oil in large WOK - add beef & fry until browned, add onions & celery. Continue frying until onions are soft. Add the rest of the vegetables putting mushrooms in last. continually toss mixture until vegetables are slightly tender but still crispy.
In separate bowel, mix stirfry seasoning & water according to package (generally 1 package to 2 tbsp water)
Add seasoning to wok & throughly blend to cover all vegetables. Allow seasoning to thicken, about 5 minutes - serve alone or over fresh rice/pasta if desired.
