Whole-wheat Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

4 slices of Pepperidge Farm Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin bread1 extra large egg3/4 cup 2% milk1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tbsp butter1 tbsp amber agave nectar
In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until well combined and custardy.
Heat a skillet to medium and melt the butter to coat the pan.
Dip the slices into the custard mixture on both sides to be coated, but not soggy with the liquid. Place them into the skillet to brown, cook on each side for about 3-5 minutes.
Serve hot with a drizzle of the agave nectar. Enjoy!
