Creamy Lemon Layered Squares (Trillium1204)

Ingredients
1 cup Graham Crumbs1/4 cup brown sugar2 tablespoons "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" light margarine, melted2 tubs (250 g each) Philadelphia 95% Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened3 cups cold 1% milk, divided2 packages (4-serving size each) Sugar Free Jell-O Lemon Instant Pudding3 cups thawed 95% Fat Free Cool Whip Whipped Topping
Directions
1. Mix graham crumbs, 1/4 cup brown sugar and margaine until well blended; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.

2. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 granulated sugar and 1/4 cup milk with whisk until well blended. Spread over crust.

3. Beat pudding mixes and remaining milk with whisk 3 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer in pan. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened; cover with Cool Whip topping.

4. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Kitchen Tip: To make the dessert easier to cut into squares, place chilled dessert in freezer for 1 hour before cutting into squares.
