Healthy Taco Baked Potato

Ingredients
1 medium potato2 slices of Mozzarella, made with skim milk1/2 can of Bush's Black Beans
Directions
Bake about 2/3's of the way. I microwaved the potato, but you can bake it in the oven.
Open a can of beans and use half on your potato.
Place two slices of cheese on the potato.
Put the potato, beans and cheese back in the microwave and finsh baking.
Take out and enjoy.

Optional choices: (don't forget to change your calories if you add one or all of these items)
Add salsa - as spicy as you'd like
Add fat free sour cream
Add bacon salt
Add olives, jalapeno's or any other taco ingredient you'd like.
