4 to 5 (4 Cups) sweet potatoes, boiled1/4 C Sugar2 Eggs1 tsp Vanilla1 C Brown Sugar (lightly packed)1/2 C flour1 C walnuts
Drain sweet potatoes and mash. Add butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat ingreedients and pour into greased souffle dish. Combine brown sugar, flour, walnuts. Sprinkle over sweet potatoe mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Can be mixed the day before and baked the day of serving.
