Grandma Sederia's Butter Cake (Light, Sugar-Free Version)

1 pound (2 Cups) Light Butter (reg. butter for old-fashioned recipe)2 cups Sucralose (splenda or other brand) or sugar for old-fashioned recipe2 cups cake flour6 large eggs
Whip light butter with hand mixer.
Gradually add 2 cups sucralose, then 2 cups cake flour.
Crack 6 eggs into bowl, then incorporate them into batter one at a time.
Bake at 250 for several hours until done.
Serving Size: Slice into 16 portions.
