1/4 C. All Purpose Flour2 T. Cocoa Dry Powder3 T Granulated Sugar1 Lg. Egg3 T. 2% Milk2 T. Canola OilSmall Amt. of VanillaDash of Salt2 T Chocolate Syrup (For Topping)
Mix flour, sugar add egg stir. Add milk and oil, dash of salt and vanilla. Stir again.. Place in large microwavable cup and cook for 3 Mins. Cake will rise above the top of the cup, it's fine. Let cool short time then invert on plate and top with chocolate syrup. Cut into 3 pieces. Very filling believe me this is enough. Enjoy! This is for a special treat only, not an everyday thing.....
