Berry & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
one yoplait smoothie mixone bag of homemade frozen strawberries (were fresh & froze before they went bad) - fresh can also be used2 frozen bananas (same as strawberries above)2 scooops of whey proten1.5 cups of 1% milk (add more for a smoother drink)
Directions
combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until desired consistency. can save extras in the freezer

Serving Size: makes 4 normal size servings or 2 large meal size servings
