Brown rice and lentils

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice2 1/2 cups water1/2 cup lentilsdash of salt
Directions
Combine water, rice and lentils in saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer, cover tightly and simmer for 45 minutes without lifting lid or stirring. Stir with fork and then let sit covered for about 10 minutes. Serve!
