Vegetable Smoothie

Ingredients
150g Cucumber1 Medium tomato50g Red Pepper100ml carrot juice75ml apple juiceJuice 1 lemon3 tbsp live natural low-fat yogurt
Directions
Whizz the vegetables with the carrot and fruit juices in a blender for a few seconds. Do not sieve as this will remove valuable fibre. Stir in the yogurt and serve.
