Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
8oz greek nonfat yogurt (any flavor you want)2 lg eggs.5 c all purpose flour1 tbsp sugar (i used splenda)1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt
Directions
add yogurt to medium bowl. add flour, salt, sugar, baking soda. mix gently, stopping when it's just short of being completely mixed
add eggs to separate bowl, whisk to combine. add vanilla extract, stir gently.
add egg combo to yogurt/flour combo, stir gently until just fully combined.
cook over griddle using sm ladel or 1/4 c measuring cup.

serve with whatever topping or syrup you want!
