Ingredients
24 oz container 2% Cottage CheeseFat Free, Sugar Free Butterscotch Pudding mix3 cups chopped Granny Smith Apples (Approx 3 medium apples)1/2 cup cool whip free (optional)
Directions
Combine Cottage Cheese and Pudding Mix in a blender, blend together until smooth, stirring as necessary.

Combine Cottage Cheese mixture and apples in a bowl, fold in cool whip (optional), chill in fridge.
