Chicken Vegetable Soup - Low Calorie, Low Fat

Ingredients
6 Cups Water1.5 Cup Green Beans, Canned Drained1.5 Cup Tomatoes and Okra. Canned Drained1.5 Cup Mixed Vegetables, Canned Drained4 Cubes Chicken Bouillon12 oz. Frozen Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
Directions
Boil whole frozen chicken breast in 6 cups water till done. Remove chicken from water and cut into bite size pieces then put back in broth. Open and drain green beans and mixed vegetables; add vegetables to broth. Open tomatoes and okra; DO NOT drain and add to broth. Add bouillon.
Heat and eat.

    Chose this recipe to sneek in a new vegatable for my family - Okra. I added 1.5 cups quick barley and another 1.5 cups water, Easy recipie to alter and try whatever happens to be in the house at the time. I will try it again with v8 juice, new vegatables or add obrien potate - 4/17/11
