2 cups plain low fat yogurt (I use 1%)1 cup canned or homemade pumpkin puree (not pie filling)1/4 cup brown sugar (no need to pack)1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeggingersnap cookies
Whisk together all ingrediets except gingersnap cookies.
Spoon into nice glasses or indiviual serve bowls.
Decorate with a little crumbled gingersnap.
