Ingredients
Directions
6 Salmon Fillets (works best with frozen, but fresh can be used)1/2 cup Creamy Dill Dressing (I use the sweetbay brand)1 cup lemon juice Emeril Essence SeasoningWhite pepper
Using a large ziplock bag, pour in your dressing, lemon juice, and seasonings. Close the bag and shake until its well mixed. Place in your salmon fillets into the bag and shake, checking to see that all pieces of salmon have a thin coating of your marinade.
Marinating time can be as short as 15 to 20 minutes (using fresh fillets) or as long as overnight - its up to you. Cook the fillets in a skillet over medium to medium high heat on both sides until fully cooked.
It tastes great served with bacon on top and grilled asparagus as a side. Enjoy and happy low carbing! :)
