Vegan Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
2/3 C Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 2/3 C Evaporated Cane Juice1 C Unsweetened Soymilk1/4 C Water, tap1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Put all ingredients in sauce pan except for vanilla and mix thoroughly. Bring to boil and boil for one minute, stirring. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Let cool a bit before serving. Store in refrigerator.
