Ingredients
Spinach, fresh, 4 cup Garlic, 2 clove Tofu Presidents Choice Blue Menu Extra Firm, 352 gram(s) Soy Milk Presidents Choice Blue Menu, .5 cup Nutritional Yeast, 1 tspCornstarch, 1 tbspOnion powder, .5 tsp Ground tumeric, .025 tbsp Basil, 2 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Pie Crust Wholesome Organic
Directions
Saute spinach and garlic - Blend all other ingredients, then stir in spinach. Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 for 1 hour. For last 15 minutes increase temp to 400.
