* *Beef Cubed Steak, 16 oz * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped * Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz) * *Tony Chachere brown gravy mix, 4 tsp * *CVS dried onions, 1 tsp * *Seasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning (1/4 tsp, 1g), .5 tsp * *1 cup warm water, 2.5 serving cayenne pepper, 1 tsp (optional)
Distribute the vegetables in the pan. Lay the meat on top. Season with the spices. Sprinkle the gravy mix over the meat. Spoon the soup in fairly even dollops over all, then pour the water over that. Bake in a 350 oven till done about an hour.
