Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

4 chicken thighs, bone & skin removed1 box Stove Top Stuffing, prepared1 can FF Cream of Chicken Soup1/2 bag frozen Mixed Veggies1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Cover with condensed soup. Layer on mixed veggies and mushrooms. Top with prepared stuffing. Cover with foil and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes.
