Vegan banana bread

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 1/2 cup vegan sugar2 tbsp vital wheat gluten2 tbsp flax seed meal1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1/2 cup canola oil1 cup smashed bananas1/3 cup soymilk1 tbsp white vinegar1/2 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease your bread pan.
In a separate cup mix soymilk and vinegar, set aside for a few minutes.
In another bowl mix wet ingredients (canola oil, and bananas).
In another bowl mix dry ingredients (wheat flour, sugar, vital wheat gluten, salt and baking soda).
Combine soymilk mix in wet bowl, stir well. Then mix into dry ingredients till combined.
Pour into bread pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Test with a toothpick, when it comes out clean, it's done! Let cool and eat whenever! I like it toasted with peanut butter on it :) Enjoy!!
