1/2 cup Steel cut oats 1/2 cup Yogurt1 cup Almond Milk4 tbsp Flax4 tbsp Psyllium1 cup chopped Kale10 Strawberries1 cup Blueberries1 Orange1 Grapefruit
Directions
Soak oats in yogurt the night before. Blend everything together

Serving Size: makes 5 servings. Add ice to even out to a cup or two
