Spring Pasta Salad

Ingredients
6 ounces farfalle (bowtie) pastahalf bag of frozen peas1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheesejuice of 1 lemon1/2 cup EVOO1 t dried oreganosalt to taste
Directions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add the peas to boiling water for last minute of pasta cooking.

Meanwhile, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and oregano.

Drain the pasta and peas. Let cool slightly. Crumble the feta and poor the vinaigrette over. Mix together and enjoy!
