Ingredients
*Couscous (dry), 1.5 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp), 8 tsp *Lemon Juice, 20 mL *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp Salt, 2 tsp (rPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (
Directions
Cook couscous in broth. Fry in 2 tsp olive oil the peppers and onion until sweet and soft, salt 1 tsp. Mix mustard, lemon juice, 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp oil well. Mix everything together.
