Low fat Oatmeal cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup flour1 cup oats1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt3/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup butter1 teaspoon vanilla 1 large egg
Directions
Preheat over to 350
Mix flour, oats, baking soda, salt together.
Mix Sugar and butter in a seperate bowl. Add egg and vanilla to this bowl. Once mixed, slowly add in flour mixture.
On a greased cookie sheet, put cookies 2 inches apart, each cookie being 1 tbsp.
Cook for 12 minutes.
Makes 24 cookies.

Mix in chocolate chip cookies or raisins for more flavor.
