Strip Steak with peppers, onions and mushrooms

Ingredients
2 cups Green Pepper strips2 cups Red Pepper strips1 lb. Beef, round steak cut into strips2 cups Mushrooms sliced20 Jumbo Kalamata Olives sliced3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Cut peppers into strips. Cut onions from end to end into strips. Cut mushrooms into pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet. Cook veggies over med. high heat 5 minutes or until edges start to brown. Remove vegetables to a bowl. Cut steak into small strips. Remove fat. Season with salt. Put 2 tablespoons oil in same pan. Heat to med. high. Cook meat until brown, but not burnt. About 5 minutes. (Leave some pink in the middle) Cut up olives into slices. Return veggies to pan with meat. Add olives. Sprinkle with red chili pepper to taste. Toss to heat. Serve plain or over rice or linguini.
