Ingredients
16 oz Plain Nonfat Yogurt1 - 15.5 oz can crushed pineapple3 oz pkg Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding
Directions
1. Drain liquid from pineapple and reserve juice.

2. Combine drained pineapple, yogurt and powdered package of pistachio pudding.

3. Add none or as much of the reserved juice as you would like to create a yogurt consistency pleasing to you.
