1lb ground beef1 onion, chopped1 can tomato paste1 can tomato sauce1 can diced tomato1 jar salad olives, green1 clove garlic2 tbsp cumin1/2 tsp sugar1/2 tsp pepper
In large pot with lid, carmelize onions and garlic in small amout of olive oil over medium heat. When carmelized, add ground beef., stirring often to break up meat. Drain any excess oil. Add all other ingredients and 1 cup of water. Decrease heat to simmer, cover and let cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, make rice of your choice for serving Piccadillo over.
